How do we quote and work?
We start by asking what you see, what the surface is made of and what bothers you most. Photos help. From there we give you a written quote that lists the areas, the method and what is included. We do not give a price before we know the job.
On the day, we protect plants, set up, wash and rinse, then walk the property with you. If something looks wrong, say so, and we will look at it with you.
We also encourage you to ask any contractor, including us, what licence and insurance paperwork they can show before work starts. That is a fair question and a good habit.
